Analyst3 Inc. ("Analyst3", "we") operates analyst3.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us through the workflow audit request form: name, firm, work email, role, firm type, team size, where your team's time goes, what prompted you to get in touch, the systems you use and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Information you send us by email.
- Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, used to keep the site running and understand how it is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange a conversation.
- To prepare for and deliver any work you engage us for.
- To send occasional follow-up about Analyst3, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information you submit through the website to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host the website, store form submissions and send email on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Where it is stored and for how long
Our service providers may store data in Canada, the United States or other countries. We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and manage any relationship that follows, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing contact@analyst3.ai. We handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
