Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Analyst3 Inc. (“Analyst3,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our beta subscription service.

1. Refunds

• Subscription Refunds: Refunds for subscription services will be granted for requests received by our billing team within 7 days of the payment. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.
• Pro Rata Basis: If you request a refund within the 7-day period, refunds will be issued on a pro rata basis if any services or features have been used during that period.
• EU Customers: As per the Consumer Rights Directive, citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Note: This 14-day period begins on the first day the subscription service starts.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• My Account Cancellations: When you cancel your subscription from your Analyst3 account and do not select another subscription option, you will only cancel future charges associated with your subscription. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and Analyst3 does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
• Automatic Renewals: All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the billing period.

3. Termination by Analyst3

Analyst3 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service or your account for any reason, including a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund. Analyst3 has the sole discretion to decide whether a violation has occurred.

4. Refunds or Credits at Analyst3’s Discretion

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
